Every cell is one script on one database. Group by script (the default) or by database:

The results list grouped by script, one row per database with its status, row count and duration.
The results list grouped by script, one row per database with its status, row count and duration.
  • By script answers "did this script land everywhere?" — the question a run across many databases actually raises.
  • By database answers "what happened on this server?"

Cell states:

State Means
Pending Queued; the run has not reached it
Running In flight
Succeeded Done
Failed The batch errored
Skipped Never attempted, because an earlier script stopped this database

A skipped script is not a failed one, and it is certainly not a pending one. When a run stops a database on its third script, scripts four and five are skipped — and seeing that distinction is what the grouped list is for.

Filters: All · Problems · Running · Done. Problems means failed and skipped — what went wrong, and what never got its turn because of it.
