Scope: for people who read the JSON, and for anyone generating it. Each file, its schemaVersion, and what changes on upgrade.

A .smcproj project file and a .smcworkspace manifest, the JSON files the app reads and writes, as shown on disk.

File	Current schema
`.smcproj`	7 — having lost the project and per-script variable layers
`environments.json`	3 — gained a `values` map, lost its distribution-list reference
`settings.json`	2
