Projects and scripts: Creating and opening a project

Project ▸ New (Ctrl+Shift+N) asks for a name and a location, creates a folder, and adds one starter script. Project ▸ Open (Ctrl+O) takes a .smcproj. The project switcher in the title bar moves between the projects the open workspace tracks; Recent projects is in the menu.
