Install and first launch: If you already use SQL Multi Script

A first launch that finds a Red Gate installation offers to import from it. Declining is fine — the importer is in the menu under Project ▸ Import from SQL Multi Script, and in the command palette, for as long as you want it. §18 has the detail.
