The versioned JSON envelope from sqlmc list coverage --json, with the finding and the databases it was observed on.

Field
list The target group's name
confirmationRequired True when this is a refused plan and nothing was connected to
targetCount How many databases the scan covers
alreadyCached How many already have a schema on disk. Not a shortcut — a scan re-reads all of them, because an answer assembled from a three-week-old copy is not an observation. It says how much of the work is genuinely new
productionTargets[] { connection, database, isProduction }, named rather than counted
scanned How many were read successfully
failed How many could not be read
cancelled Whether it stopped early
findings[] { schema, name, column, drift } — column is null for an object-level finding
findings[].drift { missingFrom, scanned, typeVariants[] } — missingFrom is the scanned targets' identities that lacked it, not a count; typeVariants[] is { dataType, targets[] }
