sqlmc_list_coverage: Using the two tools together

Scan a group, then complete against a database you now know differs. The scan populates the drift notes that sqlmc_script_complete attaches when you pass the same distributionList — so an agent writing a migration sees, on the completion item itself, that the column it is about to reference is missing on six of twelve.
