With no workspace, the app cannot show you anything — so it asks for one before the main window isusable.

You have three ways out:
| Create | Names a new workspace and a folder for it. A Projects subfolder is created for the projects it will track. |
| Add existing | Points at a .smcworkspace somebody else created — the normal path when you have just cloned a repository. |
| Not now | Opens the shell with nothing in it. The workspace switcher in the title bar is the way back. |
