sqlmc_script_complete: It degrades rather than refusing
With no workspace, no reference database, or a database that cannot be reached, it answers with ashorter list and says so in errors.
With no workspace, no reference database, or a database that cannot be reached, it answers with a
shorter list and says so in errors.
That is deliberate. Completing keywords without a workspace is an ordinary state — it is what the editor does before one is open — and reporting it as a refusal would teach an agent to stop asking.
For an agent author: a non-empty errors with ok: true means "here is a partial answer, and
here is what was missing", not "this failed". Read the items; read errors to decide whether to
trust the schema-derived ones.
Naming a workspace that does not resolve is reported, because you asked for it by name. Omitting one is not.
