Finding a workspace

One thing is worth repeating here: every tool also takes a workspace parameter. An agent never has to depend on ambient state it cannot see, and passing it explicitly is the better habit — it makes the call reproducible and it makes a wrong workspace obvious in a transcript rather than invisible.
